At Forgio, each artwork is made to order. We collaborate with world-class artisans to produce unique, customized pieces based on your chosen materials, dimensions, and finishes. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.
All Forgio artworks are fabricated on demand. This means your piece begins production only after your order is finalized and locked.
Estimated production time: Up to 8 weeks (2 months)
You will receive updates during key stages of the process
Once production is complete, your item will be carefully packaged and shipped to your selected address.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, item weight, and packaging requirements. All shipments include:
Tracking number for real-time status updates
Standard insurance coverage via our shipping provider
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note: customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and may be collected by your local authorities prior to delivery.
Forgio is not responsible for any additional charges or delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
All shipments are insured via our logistics partners. If your artwork arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at contact@forgio.art with:

We will open a case with the shipping carrier and assist you throughout the resolution process.
Estimated transit times vary based on destination:
Europe: 3–7 business days
North America: 5–10 business days
Asia & Rest of World: 7–14 business days
Delays may occur due to customs, local holidays, or carrier disruptions. We are not responsible for shipping delays once your item has been dispatched.
